New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) Commissioner Gladys Carrión, Esq., County Officials, Social Services Commissioners and Executives of Voluntary Agencies from the Capital Region will launch a year-long statewide child welfare caseworker recruitment and retention campaign, “Caseworkers Make a Difference”on Tuesday, April 7th at 11 AM at Parsons Child and Family Center. This will be the first of many local launches of the campaign throughout the state.
