Foster Home Certification Approval QA’s
As part of the July 2010 conference call with local districts and voluntary agencies, participants were asked to identify areas of concern or confusion they had related to the licensing foster family boarding homes. We received a number of questions related to the regulations and therefore created a “Foster and Adoptive Home Certification/Approval Questions and Answers” (Q&As) document. The Q&As document has been organized by theme, with each question listed with a corresponding answer, and a reference to the specific regulation(s), if applicable.
