The Computer Center for Visually Impaired People (CCVIP) proudly presents its 6th Annual Conference on Employment and Visual Impairment: Policy & Practice “Living and Working in a Connected Community - Accessible Technology for All.”
This free Conference will feature Dr. Judith M. Dixon, Consumer Relations and Braille Development Officer for the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, and other prominent speakers discuss the challenges confronting people with low- and no vision in today’s society. Participate in dynamic workshops ranging from “Boot Camp on Getting Ready for Employment” and “20 Apps We Can’t Live Without”. Learn about the issues which need to be addressed to enhance the career and life goals of those with vision loss and help find the solutions.
