The New York State Social Work Education Consortium (SWEC) is a partnership between the New York State Association of Deans of Schools of Social Work, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS) and the 57 County Social Services Commissioners. Other partners include: child welfare workers, NASW, relevant child welfare associations, unions, training providers and the families being served by child welfare agencies.
